The context
Property management involves owners, guests and a large amount of operational information. The application brings those workflows into connected portals and internal tools.
My contribution
I developed the web platform, owner and guest experiences, operational reporting and integrations. The work spans React and TypeScript interfaces and the application workflows behind them.
What the work includes
- An owner portal for reservations, calendars, reports, documents and utilities.
- A multilingual guest registration flow and companion for the stay.
- Operational tools for invoicing, linen planning and business reports, with Guesty, Parra and eVisitor integrations.
Why it matters
Useful business software needs to connect the people doing the work, not just collect data in another screen.
